Tiller Intelligence LLC ("Tiller Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our") operates tillerintelligence.com and the point-of-sale and operations software we provide to our customers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Contact information. Name, email address, phone number, business name, and mailing address, when you request a walkthrough, sign up for the service, or contact us for support.
- Order and service data. Transaction records, ticket lines, inventory and stock data, account and billing information, and support requests, generated as you use point of sale and the other frameworks we operate.
- Device and usage information. Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited on this website, used only to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- To provide, operate, and support the point-of-sale and business software you or your business uses.
- To respond to questions, walkthrough requests, and support tickets.
- To send you service-related messages, including the SMS messages described below, when you have opted in to receive them.
- To meet our own recordkeeping, tax, and compliance obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share your contact information, order data, or service data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from Tiller Intelligence, that phone number and the consent you gave are used only to send you the messages you opted into — for example, service updates, appointment reminders, or support follow-ups. Message frequency varies depending on your account activity.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data obtained from an SMS consent form will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we protect information
